My favorite FREE offline dictionary - Lingoes

Beside StarDic I used to go along with 3 years ago, now I have another choice better for myself. I have installed and used Lingoes in the beginning of 2009. It's quite easy and stable than other program I used before, even LacViet MTD. There are a lot of free dictionary to work with...

 1/ First, download this file and install


Or get it directly from Lingoes website

2/ Then download offline dictionary and install to Lingoes
(via menu Dictionary Options  >  Install dictionary from disk)
